You’ll be focusing on clients within the maritime industry.WRS is thriving and expanding its office headcount at their head office in Altrincham. You would be supported by an experienced Divisional Manager, under whom you and your team would sit. To be successful in this role: • You will be a goal orientated individual • Have the speed of thought to spot angles to up-sell and cross-sell WRS products and services• You will need to be a team player and yet capable of operating autonomously • Possess high level of both written and verbal communication skills • Have a confident approach with negotiation skills • An innate desire to be successful and a willingness to make the commitment that this role requires as well as the resilience to deal with the inevitable challenges that a team leader role brings • A track record of new business accounts achievement in previous roles We work hard and enjoy ourselves at the same time.
