I am currently working with a leading, global Cruise company who are seeking experienced Executive Sous Chefs to join their luxurious ocean going fleet.
As an Executive Sous Chef, you will be responsible for the overall production within your assigned galley. You will report to, and work alongside the Executive Chef and on occasion you will be required to cover in their absence. You will be required to manage all Sous Chefs, Chef de Parties and Utilities, ensuring a smooth and efficient delivery of meals to the high standards. In addition, you will be given an Emergency Duty which you will be required to complete as part of mandatory drills and practices.
The ideal candidate will have:
-Experience as an Executive Sous Chef or higher
-Strong leadership and communication skills
-Proven managerial skills
-Excellent written and spoken English skills
-Cruise experience in desirable but not essential
