The Company
I am currently working with a leading, luxury River Cruise Liner, who are looking for a number of Executive Chefs to join their expanding fleet for the 2019 season.
The Role
As an Executive Chef you will be responsible for the entire on board operation, catering for up to 200 passengers. You will be running and operating a multi-cultural team ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction continuously. You will be required to work long hours, but in exchange will be rewarded with approximately 7 weeks paid holiday throughout the full season, a pension plan, medical insurance, generous salaries and tips.
The ideal candidate will have:
*In rank experience either on a River Cruise or within a 5* Restaurant / Hotel
*Proven management skills
*Fluent spoken and written English skills
