Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Marketing Specialist (Direct Hire Contractor) located in Makati City, Philippines through October 11, 2018 at 11:59 PM.Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
 

Responsible for the complete, accurate, and timely input and maintenance of all SAP account master data for North America Lubricants sales customers
Communicates and coordinates data requirements and collection. Proactively works with Central Data Maintenance (CDM) Group for completion of accounts and traces for new accounts
Works with Credit, Tax, Sales and the LBC Customer Sales Associates to complete the new account set up process
Updates authorized fields per approved guidance from LBC or Sales and communicates updates and changes to all stakeholders for existing accounts
Works with LBC Customer Service Associate’s on urgent pricing issues that involve master data
Provides timely reporting of master data metrics and account info as requested and/or expected and manages data shared mailbox and SFDC queue
Responsible for the complete administration of North America Lubricants Marketer and Automotive Installed (AI) sales contract process
Responsible for the administration of the North America Lubricants Deferred Marketing Agreements
Serves as key point of contact for AMCS and sales force on marketer insurance issues and inquiries
Pursues process improvements, efficiencies, projects and ad hoc tasks
 

Required Qualifications:

 

 

 

Bachelor’s Degree graduate in Business or related course
Good command of English language
Good eye for detail
With sense of urgency, highly reliable and excellent customer service
