Scope of the SERVICE: The services consist in supervising all rig operations. The SERVICE encompasses mainly the following parts: 1. On-site supervision in order to carry out safely and efficiently the drilling, completion, work over & intervention programmes in accordance with COMPANY established operational procedures and policies, 2. On-site technical expertise to resolve practical problems and minimise non-productive time, 3. Reporting and discussion with COMPANY superintendent any anomaly detected in order to anticipate any potential or developing problems and find adequate solutions while maintaining the safety of the well in progress, 4. Assistance to decision making in case of emergency to guarantee the safety of all persons involved, the well, the other COMPANY related assets and the environmental protection, 5. In the case of simultaneous operation, communication with other COMPANY Department supervisors ensuring effective and comprehensive coordination of ongoing and upcoming work, 6. Coordination of CONTRACTORS engineers/technicians in order to ensure that they provide their functions safely, efficiently, 7. Compliance with COMPANY established HSE procedures and policies, 8. QA/QC control of all consumables and materials delivered, 9. Technical reporting on drilling and experienced well problems to prevent their reoccurrence and to enhance well operation performance, 10. Planning of all activities and needs in coordination with the COMPANY superintendent and the services CONTRACTORS, 11. Quality control of the reporting issued from the rig including the daily well cost estimate in timely manner, 12. Monitoring of the planned rig maintenance program and recommend rig modifications if required, 13. Participation to the Premove, Prespud, HSE Site Committee meetings and HSE meetings, 14. Organisation of the activity of the Night Drilling Supervisor, 15. Training of the COMPANY Night Drilling Supervisor and the Junior Drilling Engineer
