The Key Responsibilities are:
To overall coordinate the technical integrity of drilling and completion design for the well engineering activities. to ensure the compliance with project well performance objectives.
To ensure the compliance with project well performance objectives.
To prepare engineering programmes covering all well activities (drilling, completion/work-over, well testing and wireline/rig less)
To support the manager to prepare the well Operations budget.
To liaise with Exploration, Reservoir, Petroleum engineer and Production departments in order to define the suitable well design, operational sequence and cost reduction.
To carry out proper evaluations, studies and reports on any aspects of well operations, with recommendations of new techniques required.
To prepare an accurate cost breakdown estimates for wells to drilled and/or worked over.
To ensure that activities are carried out by contractors meet contractual terms, budgeted costs and are conducted in accordance with good engineering practice.
To coordinate the activities of drilling engineers, completion engineers and drilling/completion fluid engineers in preparations of relevant engineering programmes.
Closely follow-up and make recommendations in well operations when engineering problem occur.
To ensure the application of new technologies.
To act in compliance with code of ethics, SOA and model 231.
To comply with the Health, Safety and Environmental legislation of the Country, to comply with the different HSE Policies of Eni North Africa by applying the HSE requirements of the Management System Guideline HSE and our HSE Integrated Management System. Report and encourage the reporting of any unsafe condition, unsafe act, near-miss of accident related to HSE. To ensure that your colleagues and your subordinates adopt the right HSE behaviour.

At least 7 years of work experience within the area in the Oil & Gas Industry.
4 years of well engineering experience.
