The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Possess previous experience as an offshore Service Supervisor
Have extensive knowledge of casing running work and the equipment involved
Whilst primarily an offshore/wellsite position, the successful candidate must also be willing to work within the warehouse/workshop if and when required.
Previous mechanical experience is preferred but not essential.
Understand the requirements of an ad-hoc role and be flexible in this regard.
Hold the necessary certification to travel offshore
Due to the nature of the position, the candidate should live within a 50 mile radius of Aberdeen, UK

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out and supervising Casing and Tubing running on wellsite TRS operations on an ad-hoc basis. There will also be some requirement to work in the onshore warehouse / workshop to assist with the maintenance and repair of equipment.


The main responsibilities of this positon are detail below:

Responsible for ensuring that all required equipment for TRS operations is on board, maintained, function tested, and ready for use.
Responsible for ensuring that all TRS operations are executed in accordance with OWS procedures, including ensuring correct make up torques and qualify all graphs for every casing/tubing/screen running job done with computer.
Responsible for submitting daily Job Reports, logistic reports, Equipment Status reports, Fault Reports etc., as may be required by OWS procedures.
Provide on-site training on the use of TRS services to other crew members as required.
If required, participate in an emergency response team.
Carry out and record maintenance of TRS equipment.
Liaise with company/client representative on the rig location regarding TRS requirements/issues
Hold regular Pre-job meetings with the TRS crew to ensure two-ways communication and information. Discuss the upcoming Job and make sure the crew agrees on the expected job performance and quality.
Emphasize wanted behavior and react on un-wanted behaviour.
