Targa is currently seeking a Master Data Management Supervisor for our office located in Houston, TX.
•The MDM Supervisor will provide direction, support and feedback to a team of Customer Service Clerks, AP Customer Service contractors and temporary team members.
•Monitor daily/weekly/monthly functions to ensure the department is operating efficiently and properly.
•Provide line employees with guidance to ensure consistent decision-making and responsive action to customer needs.
•Plan regular staff schedules and coordinate work schedules for any temporary team members.
•Directs, motivates, coaches and develops employees for maximum performance.
•Generate and process employee performance evaluations in a timely manner.
•Maintain and update procedures that affect the master data management support team.
•Coordinate with functional support teams when the Customer Service Clerks are required to perform UAT testing.
•Keep management informed of upcoming projects directly involving the team and potential problems in employee behavior.
•Track and approve exception time for Customer Service Clerks.
•Track hours for AP Customer Service contractors and submit weekly invoices to management.
Minimum Essential Qualifications
•Bachelor’s Degree plus 3 years of supervisory experience
•3+ years of experience working in the energy sector or master data management roles
•Capable of assimilating information from many sources, analyzing information, and reaching logical conclusions that will improve internal systems or service to customer
•Must be detailed oriented, focused, and thorough with excellent organizational skills
•Must be results driven, takes initiative, accountable and responsible, can work independently and within/across teams
•Strong attention to detail required, problem solving and critical examination skills
•Must be able to multi-task and effectively prioritize in a fast paced environment
•Strong sense of ethics and exercise integrity in all dealings
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills
•Ability to relate well to people, having good interpersonal skills
•Ability to effectively communicate with different levels AND remain calm in high pressure situations
•Must be proficient in Microsoft Word and have an aptitude with various systems including the ability to easily learn new software
Regular and reliable attendance
•4+ years of experience working in a customer service role in the energy sector
•Prior experience with Quorum Software: Esuite/TIPS/QCM/QDOD or Waterfield Energy Software, Allegro, Right Angle, Oracle Financials
